About Me

Hi, I’m Thara, the founder of Luxury Picnics by Thara.

I’m originally from Sri Lanka, and my family and I now call North Vancouver home. I’ve always loved hosting and making things look beautiful, so I started setting up picnics that turn an ordinary day outside into a proper celebration.

I look after every detail, from the table styling and flowers to the décor and little finishing touches. Each setup is planned around you and your occasion, so it feels personal, not off the shelf.

I think the best memories happen when we slow down and actually celebrate. I love creating spaces where people can sit together, catch up and enjoy the view.

Life can be unpredictable, but your celebration doesn’t have to be.
